6. Return and Refund Policy

Physical products:

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the product arrived damaged).

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Online course:

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, no returns or refunds are accepted unless access is prevented by a technical issue.

Maintenance services:

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days' notice. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

7. Wholesale Orders

  • We offer special pricing for bulk or wholesale orders of equipment and supplies.

  • A minimum order quantity may be required to qualify.
